Fabia vRS - looking for induction kit

Hi guys,

got a green cotton panel filter an dpd160 intake pipe already, but the housing where the filter goes has cracked one of the clips so it's not really closing properly.

As a result I'm looking at induction kits that will replace the oem housing and hopefully might get me some gains. I've done a search on here for Powertec induction kits but there's not much info on them. Main reason for wanting Powertec is that they're stailess steel and don't need oiling.

Anyone got any suggestions? Got the egr coming out next week and it's being replaced by a custom pipe from Allard with blanking plate too. So anything that helps the engine breathe better is a plus.

Question about the allard pipe. Does it cause the CEL light to appear on the dash or log any fault codes on the ECU?

Dont Allard recommend the BMC carbon kits?

No idea about CEL but after searching on here, if you set the EGR to minimum and use the replacement pipe it 'should' be ok. Allard recommend the BMC or similar but they want almost
