on ebay there is some 30mm pi springs for fabia 99> will these fit vrs? and will it lower the car the full 30mm or will it be 15 as the vrs is 15mm lower?

I think you should get some springs specifically meant for the vRS , as the weight of the engine over the nose is a lot heavier than the petrol models.

I can recommened Eibach Springs. Lowered the car 25mm all around. And made the turn in, alot more positive.
