that new smell

Featured Replies

But the best option would be a 12v ozone generator - they do work!

Just don't sit in the car whilst doing it :)

Bloody hell Len, this is getting a bit serious isn't it?!

Have you got one I can borrow then? :P

Just might be able to sort it out if you need one Steve, will have words :)

I'm interested to see what it does, as much as anything. Interior of mine is in good condition, but if I can get the new smell to return :rubchin:

:)

It's like that fresh smell after a thunderstorm :)

Leave it with me and I will get something sorted out :D

You will be wanting to know about self healing plastics and paint next ;)

One step at a time Len, one step at a time.

One of these would get you off to a good start:

Got one of those on the wall of the office, does next to F all apart from make noise! blowing cigarette smoke into it sets it off too!

Looks exactly like the one in your pic only without stickers, what is it meant to do?

It's a multi filter air purifier and the one I have works.

The ozone generator is the one that will do it in a car though, not one of the

cheap ones off ebay as they would be too safe. You would just need to get the

balance right as ozone can be destructive. Might also be good for the air con

ducting too :)

I suspect its just not man enough for the task at hand, imagine an office where everyone chain smokes 24 hours a day! the walls have been painted nicotine yellow to try and disguise it a bit!!

Hmmm, lovely! :rolleyes::D

That will soon come to an end :(

It also may be that the filtration unit you have needs a service :)

Almost definately will need a service, probably hasn't been touched since it was fitted 3 years ago!

And there's no way the smoking ban will have any effect in that office! literaly everyone smokes and it's not in view from the outside of the building, it's an internal room with no windows!
