Hiya finally got the wheels refurbed and coated in some nice looking new rubber (4xFederals)

What tyre pressures should I put in same as the VRS or something less as I am sure a 1.4 doesn't weigh as much as a 1.9 diesel

Looks a heck of a lot better no noticeable loss in performance and handles better too :)

I have a 1.4 MPI with Vrs wheels I too just have them at the standard pressure.

which I think is 32psi front and 30 rear.

wouldnt think it would make to much difference with the Vrs being a bit more weighty.
