My engine has been filled with Castrol Longlife 3 which is 507.00. (At least I've paid for it but what do I know)

I've got a bottle of 506.01 which cost an arm and half a leg so I don't want to waste it.

Can I safely mix 506.01 with 507.00 ?

I have done - i couldnt find the same oil at the time and got told it would be fine
