Firstly is there any vertical adjustment for the seat belt on the central door pillar and secondly where is the plenum chamber because apparently these can clog up with leaves etc

1. I take it you mean the front seatbelts? Push the eye mount in (the bit the belt goes through at the top, i.e. as if you were trying to push it out the car), and then the catch will release and you will be able to move the eye mount up and down as required.

2. As for the plenum chamber, this is the void underneath the wiper arms. You can remove the plastic cover ("scuttle panel", I think it's called), and fish anything out that may have got down there...
