My furby is just over 2 years old but I'm it's second registered owner. I've seen the other threads with regards to this problem and note that some fellow Briskodians have been able to have their alloys changed under warranty.

Is this something that Skoda are fully aware of and do I have a right to make a similar claim?

You've every right to make a claim - just make sure your local dealer doesn't fob you off by saying you have to buy a new one. If they won't replace it under warranty then get them to send some photos to SUK so they can confirm its a valid warranty claim.

Yeah, just been reading your account in a previous thread.

Well, as it's raining and can't clean the rest of the car, might pop down to local dealer and get them to have a look. They have a good reputation on here so, here's hoping for some good customer service.
