Anyone else had issues waiting for Skoda UK?

Baffling....if they can't get the part who can? A bit like Fluffy's engine coils that the RAC had, but the dealer coludn't get at the time.

Still at least you got something for the inconvienience.

i was going to get cruise fitted as an addition, so i stated that i wanted it FOC. just to be clear it didn't just appear.

all seems OK tonight anyway.

Parts can take a while. But VAG all share the same warehouse in the midlands and all the parts are shared so it doesnt just come from Skoda, its just as likely to go to VW or SEAT etc.

Other than that parts are ordered in from the factory in the Czech republic.

Is your car a 2008 model ? I ask as I am looking to retro-fit cruise and I've read that the controller that's required may not be fitted already in some cars.
