owner of new roomster 3 1.9 tdi

Featured Replies

As a new Skoda owner I am just saying hello. I have had the roomster 2 weeks. It replaced a 6-year old renault scenic. So far so good. It sounds a bit like a bus but it goes a bit and seems to do 56 mpg on a decent journey. Only gripe is lack of headrest on the middle rear seat. I assumed it would be standard, being a basic safety feature but it turns out it's a factory fitted extra. How can basic safety be an extra? Dealer didn't want to know. It's much smaller than the scenic but then I wanted to be a bit greener on the fuel and emission fronts. I look forward to sharing experiences with other roomstaer owners. Cheers, Jaybee
