Just wondering what a Black Magic 04 vRS with 33k on the clock, FSH, Mint condition, no options is worth?

I assume around 7000 - 7600 as thats what it says on Parkers although from what I've been seeing its not a very good time to buy a vRS at all as prices are VERY bouyant.... anything with a PD130 seems to be!

I assume I'm not wrong in my feelings that the 8500 he is asking is a joke?

id say at most 8k, although i did get a very good price considering what they do sell for, but still... push for some money off

im gonna be cheeky and turn up with 8 and offer him 7.8k right there and then (pending viewing hpi check etc)

Its still an expensive car at 8 grand,thats the type of money a main dealer would sell it for with a warranty etc,i recently bought a 04 reg black magic vrs with xenons one owner 65000 miles for

what do you all think would seem a fair offer? I don't want to offend but tbh its not worth 8k is it in all honesty.....

I'd offer him 7.5k and show him the book price. Also state that the car has no optional extras. 7.5k will seem very low to him but try to get him to meet you half way, say around 7.7-7.8k? One more thing to note, Fabia vRS's are not exactly rare, there's plenty of them for sale.

If it was me i would shop around and may be travel further afield,you could end up with a newer car for alot less money if you widen your search area.
