Just bought an Octavia from the Auctions. Only one key (remote control integrated in the key, not the folding type) with no key tab, so I don't know the key number. Knowing me I'm sure to lose it. Any ideas for getting a spare key. Apparently, Skoda main Dealers charge a fortune for replacements.

Fleabay or Skoda are about the only options for getting the remote, aren't they?

You can get the blades and fobs from ebay, but coding requires the key tab. Skoda should be able to source this for you.
