Car is playing up

Featured Replies

1. On saturday i was stuck in traffic and my fuel gauge said i had i had a quater of a tank left. I then noticed my fuel gauge moving and it said i had 130 miles left in the tank, thing is it then started counting down like a stop watch from 130 miles to 20 miles in the space of 10 mins and the gauge went past red. i didnt even move as i was stuck in traffic. i fitted my pd160 intake and just wondering if thats caused any problems.

2. i took my car to skoda 2 weeks ago to have the anti roll bar links changed as it clonked about. yesterday i massive load bang came from the left front wheel like a shot gun and has done it again this morning. What is that all about?

3. when turnin and driving slowly like 20-30mph you can hear a whurrring noise from the front and it speeds up and slows down with car like there is something wrong with the wheels. is it the wheels bearings? the car has only done 13000 so im not sure what all these problems are. Im fed up of taking it back to the dealer as they seem to not know what they are doing. they will just say its normal like they have done bout the clonkin until i got abit angry and took them out in my car to prove the noises.

Anyway its going to be a happy monday morning! lol :)
