Hi,

I swapped my Stream with a Stream MP3. The head unit works but the sound from the CD changer is terrible. There is interference and I get the guitars but no vocals or base. It is like it has a very bad EQ on it.

The changer is OK as I swapped my headunit back and it works OK.

Any ideas to improve the sound?

Have a look at the bottom of this page and you will see the difference between the non MP3 Stream and the revised MP3 Stream unit, pay attention to the CD changer and AUX ground connections.

I moved pin 2 on the blue connector to pin 3 and it works fine.
