HI ALL! been a skoda vrs owner for three months now and really enjoying it, people keep thinking I'm a taxi though which is a bit disconcerting! Other than that its all good. Trying to find a SKoda tuner though, have only found Dahlback Racing in Sweden, can take a Tavia VRS to 550hp! but nobody in Britian can do this as far as I know???

 at 550bhp...

I think you'd need to fit a well tuned-up 4.2 V8 bi-turbo to get that. :D

Welcome to the site - Jabbasport will provide sufficient increased power to keep you happy in the short run.

Welcome BIG DAVE, from little Jeff :D

the most popular name here when you mention tuning is Jabbasport. They wont get you to 550bhp (why would you want to?), but just a remap will give you around 230bhp, before you start mucking about with the engine and exhaust.

400hp is easily possible..

i believe its about 4k......:D

but i havent done it.

would have thought a larger turbo might be a more reliable solution.

Reliability? I suppose you'll next be saying economy is important to a performance car?
