The original Bourne Identity film was made in the eighties with Richard Chamberlain and Jacklyn Smith that followed the original Bourne Identity novel almost exactly.

It was a bit lacklustre in comparison to the modern efforts to be honest.

I would advise that you spend your money elsewhere.

Anybody who's not seen it yet, Treadstone, and Blackbriar are after Jason Bourne, who eventually turns out to be David Webb. He actually signed himself up for all of this, but obviously couldn't remember. He doesn't die, he get's shot, falls of a building... and lands in the water....

well thats my money saved then.
