Ocatvia vrs 05, ABS & ARS warning lights

Hiya

Need information/help please, My husband has an 05 Octavia vrs with low milage (18k). He has expreienced lately an issue with the cars EMS which led to a whole lot of stuff being replaced too much to go into just now. Today we were met with the ABS and ARS lights on the dashboard lit up and no ABS working!!

The garage have duely been informed and car booked in.

Has this happened to any ou you out their or have we just beed damned unlucky, Surely the ABS should not go at this stage?????????????????
