Smoked side repeaters

Featured Replies

I was thinking of getting a set of these, as I think they'd look better on my grey car than w****e ones. Was wondering how easy they are to change? Is it a simple DIY job?

Cheers.

Fairly. Best way to be sure is to turn the wheel so the end furthest back is inside the wheelarch (so for driver's side, turn hard right, and vice versa) Then using a torx (20 I think) you can undo a couple of the screws of the arch liner. You should then be able to get your hand in behind and unclip with a pincer action (takes some strength in my experience) the housing. Then, from the outside you can remove the bulb holder and bulb, and insert it into the smoked lens. Putting it back is easy - just shove it back, then do up the torx screws.
