Design Suggestions (Wheel Trims)

Featured Replies

Am I the first to suggest that wheel trims should be designed not only to be difficult to steal also to damage on kerbs? Is it really that tricky or is it simply a ploy to sell more? Surely Skoda can break the mould and come up with, perhaps a 2 part system with the centre piece held under the nuts and the outer recessed into the rim. If they didn't damage so easily the good ones wouldn't be so attractive. I am going to have to remove mine, making it less desirable to look at. And surely the amount I see on roadsides is deplorable if not unsafe? Fabia Classic 1.2 2006

My sisters old Fiat Seicento had the wheeltrims secured in by the wheelnuts, great idea by all accounts.
