I was told of this site by mdk1, over on the LRO Forums, so I thought I'd drop in and say 'Hi'.

I drive a '56' plate 2.0 TDI Octavia Estate (calle dOscar) , and SWMBO drives a 1.9TDI (110BHP) Fabia :eek: (called Roxy). No mods yet, but the Fabia might get the odd 'tweek'.

I'm about to wander over to a Technical Forum and ask about oil consumption in the 2.0TDI if it hasn't been covered already.

Its a relief to know that my 'high' oil consumption, is actually very low.

Odd for such a modern car though - even my elderly Fiat van (much abused!) didn't use much oil.
