About to test drive first skoda

Featured Replies

Wife dragging me up the country to see a 1.4TDI Fabia 3 she likes the look of at Simpson's, Preston.

Have read great things on here about the dealership and have been a passenger in a Fabia 3 recently.

Any comments on what is good/bad about the car or the engine welcomed. Have read a review describing the engine as noisy - is it overly so?

I liked the 1.4TDI in the previous edition Fabia - it's nice and light, revs well and returns great economy.

The engine noise in those was a bit intrusive, but nothing dissimilar from any other car in the class really. It's not like being in a van or anything... :)

Hi - and welcome to the site.

Can't help with comments about the car or the engine sorry, but the coffee at Simpson's isn't too bad.

The hot chocolate is better though.

Thanks for the replies.

Had great service from Kelly at Simpsons, took the car for a test drive and my better half decided to buy the car. Don't tell her but I love it ;)

Will collect over the next week and will no doubt have millions of questions before and after.

I hope you love the car, I was at Simpsons today picking up my VRS, I might have seen you?

Have fun :)
