went up to norman fairweather skoda in dundee to buy the new octavia 2.0 elegance estate pd

they took my dep + rest of cash in full then asked me to pay extra £1000 for optional exras that i never asked for i.e front parking sensors sports sus+ 17" aloys and maxi dot computer.

told them not my problem you made the error not me sell me the car as is for the price i payed you cut your losses.

they said no we will not sell you the car sent back the money .

so now i loose out on trade in price +£1000 free upgrade.:thumbdwn:

It's a pity there was a mixup with the order, did you complete an order form with them?

Sounds like they've sourced a car from UK stock.

However in terms of customer service out of the frying pan and into the fire springs to mind.
