1.9 TDI issue

Did anybody experienced issues like this:

Engine losing power at approximately 2000rpm on 2nd and 3rd gears. Just in Window from 2000 to 2100. This is noticeable when am accelerating not so hard but not so slow as well, something intermediate.

And also when I shifting gears up (from 2nd to 3rd) and removing foot from the accelerator pedal I can hear strange noise, like to empty coke cans hitting road on the car with “Just married” sign. But not every time.

Any ideas about described symptoms? I prefer to have some versions before I am going to garage.

PS: The car is 1.9TDI with 55k kilometers on the clock.
