Either drilling the arch liner with lots of little holes or get hold of a vented one?

I know the drilling is asking for stones etc... but if there only little ones then I guess its eliminating this

Well the aim is to let the "heat" escape from the I/C so the best one will be the one which has the smallest surface area and the biggest amount of hole
