Follow up feature in Outlook 2003

I use this and find it really useful.

However, it only tracks stuff in your main Exchange PST file. As soon as I move mail out of that to local PST folders, I lose the flag :thumbdwn:

Any fix for this that doesn't resort to installing third party plugins?

Nice feature, but completely flawed by MS
