I have not long bought a standard Mk1 Octavia vRS and have experienced the hestitation on acceleration :( - and was wondering if there was anyone nearby with VAGCOM that could help me out to scan for error codes? I feel rude to ask via PM as I'm a newbie here.

If you were able to get to Exeter end of the M5 I'd be happy to do a scan for you. I'm around most of the weekend - sunday morning would be good as I have an excuse to be in Exeter. Means a fair drive for you though. Otherwise, I'm passing Bridgwater on Sunday, 25th November at about 4pm to 6pm, so could have a go then?
