Picked up my resprayed vRS front bumper this morning, going to be fitting it to my 4x4 this weekend hopefully.

Anybody got any tips to help it all go smoothly? What is the best way to remove the black trim in the bumper? Don't want to damage it taking it off as its about £37 for a new one.

carefully tbh, ease it out from either end with something soft and blunt preferably

make sure you remove the number plate first

other than that it should be nice and striaght forward, i find them easier to get on by fixing it from the middle first by the grille loosely then fixing either end and lining it all up.
