Lowering springs question, yes more!

Featured Replies

Think I understand how this works but wanted to know for sure.

If you lower the car by, say, 25mm you lose that amount (25mm) of travel in the suspension when compared to the standard set up, yes? no?

Adds weight to koni fsd and standard springs set up.

Suggestion! If you fit coilovers, you can firm up the suspension without lowering it, or without lowering it very much.

Thats just it, I dont want to firm it up, well I want both worlds, hence the FSD choice.

Softer over the rougher surfaces and nice and firm on the smoother stuff. I want to keep the travel in the suspension to cope with everything.

Its not the popular choice I know but think it will suit my needs better. :)
