Felicia 1.9D Pulley Broke

Featured Replies

Hi I've searched this forum and internet to no avail.A pulley has snapped off my engine and I've had to leave it at work.I cant find any engine pictures or diagrams anywhere. It's the outer belt that drives the alternator/ps pump and water pump.Anyone know any links to a haynes or climer type site to give me a clue please? The broken pulley is about 5 inches in diameter any ideas which it might be?Thanks very much

Have a look in Haynes, section 2C page 8/9 which has a diagram of the ancilliary belt. If the pulley that's broken off is below the alternator then it's the power steering pump pulley, if it's behind that, then it's the water pump.

I doubt Haynes can be found online. ;)

The photo shows the three lower pullies from underneath when the cover has been removed.
