Switched the rear wiper on, looked back down at my dials and was greeted with the following.. anyone have any clues???

No idea, but try d/c the battery for 30 minutes?

I assume this has stayed like this after turning the car off and on again.

Fabia showed something similar when the battery was in need of replacing, so that would be first thing I'd check....

Correct, i have switched the engine on and off and it just wont go away!

Ill go disconnect the battery for a bit..

Battery is disconnected... fingers crossed! i could do without this today, im due in Birmingham this evening to fly to cyprus for xmas :P

Reconnected the battery and now there is nothing on the displays at all.. they are totally blank!

Will it start?

starts fine, drives fine.. just nothing on the displays!

Update: Scanned with VAG-COM found nothing, rang skoda they think its a new dash panel :( :( :(

Merry effing christmas

I have vag-com if you fancy a drive over to macclesfield when your on your way to birmingham,but i'm going out at 7pm tonight.

Well half way through my journey the displayes slowly came back to life, and now show everything as they should. They must have got damp in all this cold wet weather.. panic over
