Access to behind the dash?

Just wondering if there is any quick access to behind the dash on the passengers side, I managed to loose one of those small sucker things used for guiding a tomtom wire around the bottom and side of the windscreen. Is seemed to drop down right in the bottom corner of the windscreen at the bottom of the pillar (not down a vent thankfully), have shone torch about and it seems there is some hollow space behind the air vent and access may be possible from the footwell where there is some.

Failing that does anyone know where to buy those small sucker type things?
