Hi everyone! Just joined today so sorry if this has been covered before.

I've bought a Felicia diesel and have changed the standard stereo to my own but the radio reception is now terrible. Does anyone know if the Felicia has anything exotic along the aerial path like a pre-amplifier that needs to be powered?

At least here in Sweden most VAG cars (including the Felly and the Octy Mk1) have an pre-amp (mounted in the aerial socket) that needs powering (but in that case there should be a wire attached to the antenna cord that goes the whole way to the radio/ISO plug).

Those pre-amps tend to break, too, unfortunately...
