Hi, service spanner came on today displaying 200 miles untill service is due. This will be its 1st at 19,500 on octy sport 2.0 fsi. Anyone know likely cost of 1st service with longlife oil and how far over can you go as i'd rather get it done in new year.

standard cost these days I think at dealers..about 186 quid..thats was for a vrs

Indeed, I've just been quoted £189 for the same service on the TFSI.

The original supplying dealer quoted me £236 though (I dont understand how they justify this), so just goes to show it's worth shopping around.
