I have skoda forman with a manual transmission. When the car is cold the transmission handle (stick) is very heavy to be moved. After having the car warmed for about 10 minutes the stick became normal.

Could anybody please help me with this problem

First thing I would do is remove the linkage between the base of the gear lever and gearbox and make sure the joints aren't siezing up. I would also change the gearbox oil.
