Help

I have an 06 Octavia 2.0TDI Elegance hatch with rain sensing wipers

I too did dislike the delayed extra wipe after a screenwsah

see "DownTimes" Thread

http://www.briskoda.net/forums/diagnostics-vag-com/help-how-disable-delayed-wipe-using-vag-com-octavia-ii/96220/

So I followed Sebastian's guide and subtracted 2048 and it worked great THANKS

But have I now "tuned off the rear "one wipe" when I select reverse with the wipers switced on" ???

Thanks

The rear wiping when putting the car in reverse should not be influenced by the wiper coding, but to be certain you may want to post the central electronics portion from an Auto-Scan which includes coding from the central electronics control module as well as the wiper motor itself.
