I have an 03 plate Fabia 1.9SDi - not very chic for a 27 yearold, but hey it works!

The problem i have at the moment is that everytime I change gear and depress the accelerator it seems to go through a slightly sticky spot. This only happens when the car is in gear, is moving, and the clutch is up! Other than that it runs perfect!

Any ideas? So far all I can think of is that the throttle bodies may be dirty.

Bad news, you don't have a throttle body.

Do you mean it's a bit flat and doesn't accelerate?

Don't I? Shows what I know about mechanics then!!

Maybe a little flat, makes a bit of a jolt when you put the throttle down, but seems to accelerate Ok - no worse than it ever has.
