Over the last few days im getting a rattle when starting the car from cold, sounds like a heat shield. When secondary air pump is on is the only time it does it, soon as the revs drop and its warm there's no rattle. Any ideas? or is it just a heat sheild? Thanks.

It could be the centre exhaust mount has come away from the exhaust - fairly common. If the noise is coming from the middle of the car, then this would be my guess. Try searching for it - there should be some threads with good pics on easy fixes.

Cheers mate, but ive had that done in the last couple of months so it's not that. Seems to be coming from the front of the car.
