03 Octavia elegance owner from new. First prob NO REVERSING LIGHTS fuse ok anyone point me to the reversing switch and its location?

Is the bulb OK? I would check the bulb first before the switch.

Ah, but if the 2 have stopped at the same time then it could be the switch. I expect it's under the trim around the gearstick, but cannot be sure.

Edit: Ignore the above. It's on the gearbox. There's very few wires going to the gearbox so it should be obvious. It's not the chunky one going to the starter motor, but the one a bit below it with fairly thin wiring.
