Hi , i dont post very often but do visit most days. :)

Anyway, i found this fuel filter on ebay, it didnt state it would fit a fabia vrs but did look similar. Also the engine codes were the same for the polo so i thought id give it a try at less than a tenner.

VOLKSWAGEN POLO MK4 1.9D, SDI, TDI FUEL FILTER EFF087 on eBay, also, Volkswagen, Car Parts, Cars, Parts Vehicles (end time 02-Feb-08 14:34:43 GMT)

It fits well, though not quite as tight as the original (the clips dont quite reach) has a drain plug and is well made. It could save you a few pounds compared to elsewhere. 2 replacement o-rings are included.

BTW i found the website for the manufacturer, theres an online catalogue so you could see if it fits other models too.
