Points to ponder.......

Murphy's and other Laws

  • If anything can go wrong, it will.
  • If there is a possibility of several things going wrong, the one that will cause the most damage will be the first one to go wrong.
  • If anything just cannot go wrong, it will anyway.
  • If you perceive that there are four possible ways in which something can go wrong, and circumvent these, then a fifth way, unprepared for, will promptly develop.
  • Left to themselves, things tend to go from bad to worse.
  • If everything seems to be going well, you have obviously overlooked something.
  • Nature always sides with the hidden flaw.
  • Mother nature is a b*@h

  • Nothing is impossible for the man who doesn't have to do it himself.

  • In nature, nothing is ever right. Therefore, if everything is going right ... something is wrong.

  • The probability of anything happening is in inverse ratio to its desirability.

  • It works better if you plug it in.

  • Experience varies directly with equipment ruined.

  • When working toward the solution of a problem, it always helps if you know the answer.

  • If you miss one issue of any magazine, it will be the issue that contains the article, story or installment you were most anxious to read.

  • Once a job is fouled up, anything done to improve it will only make it worse.

  • Anything you try to fix will take longer and cost you more than you thought.

  • Never argue with a fool, people might not know the difference.

  • You will always find something in the last place you look.

And for me........

You always find what you want in the last place you look, which invariably turns out to be the first place you looked, but was missed the first time......

Welcome to Briskoda.

Davy

Hello and welcome.

Hi and welcome

And don't forget to check the Felicia section! Murphy's and other laws rule car ownership too, but you'll find a lot of helpful hints on how to steer clear from the worst outcomes.

Welcome to Briskoda. :D Coincidentally, I have just disinherited a Felicia after 9 years. :(
