I got my Octavia Elegance 1.9TDI in October 07 and am very pleased with but have only just found this forum. Shame on me

My question relates to the door mirrors tilting down when reverse is selected.

Is mine supposed to do this or is it a feature only associated with the modles fittted with the Posey computer as I haven't been able to make it work so far

I'd already read that but it had'nt confirmed the question as far I'm concerned.

Do all the L&Ks have electric seats & the computer (is that the MaxiDot referred too?)?

The Maxidot offers in summary two things. Firstly a larger nicer looking display for such things as mpg, outside temperature , time etc but secondly more options to control/adjust things such as the mirror movement on selecting reverse and "come home headlights".

The L&K I have has an electric heated driver seat, the front passenger just heated. The Maxidot is also part of the standard L&K spec , but is an option on most of the rest of the range. I would recommend it as it does look more classy than the standard display.
