Hello, I'm new to all this.....

Q/Can you tell me if Skoda assist covers you in result of an accident, i've been told there may be a charge, any ideas..?

Hello to a fellow monkey username and welcome to Briskoda!!

I am not quite sure on the details of this skoda assist as to be honest I have not really read the info on it. I believe though that for the first 3 years this Skoda will assist will cover both accidents and breakdowns but am not sure about costs.

How do you like your car?

My ex had an accident and I think skoda assist sorted him out with no charge.

My only experience of Skoda Assist has been very good. I didn't have the details to hand and had no idea who operated it so I decided to phone round the major companies and , luckily, I started with the RAC who do in fact operate Skoda Assist!

They were to me pretty quickly (30mins) and got me going in no time!

on the info i have here it states in the case of a accident they will sort you out and get you to the repairing dealer. doesnt say anything about possible costs though. so from that i would say that there shouldnt be any costs
