Been offered a Koni lowering kit off my mates mk4 golf 1.6, any ideas if it will fit the octavia mk1 TDI????

It will physically fit, but I'd think the spring rates will be too low, paricularly at the front.

Spring rates will to too low at the rear due to the overhang etc that isn't there on the golf and at the front as you have a stonking great derv engine sat over the front wheels.

I'd say it could even be quite dangerous fitted.
