Multiple PDFs to 1 PDF File

Featured Replies

I have printed to file multiple documents in PDF format. 21 in total, all containing 1 or more pages.

What I would like is all of these compiled into 1 PDF file for ease of printing. (e.g. windows, right click print file) and they all come out in order they will be foldered in.

I can do this at the moment , but it means clicking print on each of the 21 files.

Any ideas how to make 1 PDF file.:D

AccessPDF - Pdftk allegedly allows merging, but I've not used it myself.

You can do this one of two ways assuming you have full pdf writer...

EIther open the first document, bring up the page view, right click and insert document

or

Open all the pdf files on one hit, then click on one of the open files in the folder window, right click and combine in adobe pdf, then make sure you click on the include open documents button. Then you should have a full list of all the open pdfs and can select the order to merge them in...

Hope that helps
