I've done this on a few forums...

It helps people with less computer knowledge than myself...

That was a basic one, I just didn't have time to mess about doing printscreens of the whole job.

If anyone wants me to do more, just ask.

thats a good idea for people to host images, snookered me when I first tried to upload a piccie on here.

I've written this guide, as I've heard a lot of people on many forums that can get quite confused when it comes to this sort of thing.

To make images appear on this forum, follow these steps.

1. Go to Image hosting, free photo sharing & video sharing at Photobucket and make an account. (This takes little time and is helpful on most forums)
   
2. Once you've made your account, log in
   
3. Once you have done this, go to your album
   
4. Click on the image you want to display on the forum
   
5. Copy the

   This image shows the code that you need to copy and paste into threads.

   Hope this helps people!!!

Do you get kickbacks from photobucket? Your forum has issues with letting me link google images!

We don't have kickbacks from photobucket. 

 

If you're linking from google images, please ensure you attribute copyright correctly. There is no issue linking images, however what may prevent you is which link you're using. 

For example trying to link to this image:

That is my photo which gets picked up and sent all over the place by google.

You are not allowed to use that image extension on this community.
