Our 06 octy2 vrs tfsi has just been in for its 2nd service .

On collection my wife was told its had a recall done foc.

On driving it ,it seems to be a fair bit quicker ?

Anyone know what the recall is ,or have i had a skoda placibo

Do you have a sticker in the boot or something mentioning 24k5?

If so it is an ECU update.

There was an ECU reflash iirc but I dont think it's classified as a recall as such.

would this include my 07?

It's probably the TFSi ECU flash as Ian says but it isn't a recall. If it were a recall they would have written to you.

Paul - I think there is an ECU flash for yours to cure poor starting problems.
