I have a problem with my rear hatchback,when i push my key fob to open my central locking all the doors open but my rear hatch will not open .The only way it will open is with the manual lever next to the drivers seat.Has anybody else had this problem and will it be costly to get fixed.

You have a manual boot as i have an electrical boot and no pull button.. ?

Not neccesarily , my Mpi has both the electrical switch on the tailgate , plus the manual pull down by the one for the fuel flap , although I have to press my keyfob twice to unlock the passenger doors and tailgate , one push opens drivers door only on my car.

I have seen one before where one of the wires had broken off the switch. Soldered it back on and was OK.
