Have just signed up to '3' and got a nakia 6500 'slide' phone:)

Under message options it has 'send flash message', aside from jokes about flashing etc, can anyone tell me what they are?

Yes I could read the manual but thats not the done thing until you've broken it:rolleyes:

It is just a normal message but the actual text shows on the reciepients phone screen straight away, ie it doesnt say "1 new message", it will have your text on the standby screen.

Hope that makes sense.
