Haldex query

Featured Replies

I saw this on another site earlier - apparently if you drive on a flat level surface at about 5-10 mph, dip the clutch, feet off brakes and accelerator, turn on full lock, see how far you go, then repeat everything but keep engine revs at about 3k, you should go less far the second time if the haldex is working ok. I tried it in a car park on the way home and it certainly did seem to work, just not sure what it proves:confused: Anybody know if its kosher?

it must be engaging the rear diff when your revving it so higher resistance.

best i can come up with.
