For those of you who dont know it this is one of the only amateur motorsport venues of its kind which enable almost anyone to cheaply participate in motorsport and it is now under threat from development.:thumbdwn:

Gradually venues like this are being lost ,once gone they can never be replaced.

Please help us by reading the information below, following the links and registering an objection

Thankyou

"Curborough Sprint Course is the premier and most used sprint course in the country and an essential part of the UK Motorsport scene as an entry level venue for the sport.

The venue is currently under threat from development of the area into a new community containing up to 5000 dwellings and all associated amenities.

We urge you to visit the Lichfield District Council website and make a comment on the application stating the local and national importance of the venue and the detrimental effect the loss of the venue would have on the sport.

Do it now- you can make a difference it's not yet a done deal!

This must be done before 29th April.
