This is correct, but if we are not being a nuisance and being anti-social e.g. Wheel spinning, handbrake turns or driving round the car park in a fast manor we will have no problems. Which I'm sure we can all refrain our inner child from doing in a big empty car park

Yep, if you're down the bottom end right by KK and 'attention' isn't being drawn it'll be OK.

It's a big enough carpark and I've never seen that section ever used by Costco customers either...
